Anna Maxine Roth Kokinakis passed on February 14,2009. She was born in Tooele Utah, on October 23, 1923 to Harry and Catherine Bradshaw Roth. She attended High School in Tooele. Married Nick H. Kokinakis in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in 1963. Their marriage resulted in a lifetime of love and devotion. Her greatest source of enjoyment was her family. They formed an eternal bond of friendship and respect for each other. Survivors include: her husband, Nick H. Kokinakis, son Harry N. And his wife Darlene who was like a daughter to her, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Hans T., William I, David “Sam”, And her sister Alice C. Jameson. Viewing will be at Tate Mortuary, 110 South Main, in Tooele, Utah on Wednesday February 18th from 6 to 8 P.M. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel at Tate Mortuary at 11 A.M. on Thursday February 19th with a visitation 1 hr prior.
