paynewesley1Our sweet little Angel Weston Lee Payne came and got his Papa Wesley Clinton Payne on March 16, 2009 and took him to heaven after a 10 year battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family. Wesley was born Sept 24, 1960 to H. Gilbert Payne and Audrey Miller in Ogden. Wesley graduated from Weber High  in May 1979. He met the love of his life Wanda Lee Warenski. They were married July 18, 1980 and sealed for time and all eternity July 18, 2003. Wesley was employed at Mag-Corp for 20 years. He was a member of the F.O.E. Wesley was an active member of the Tooele 17th Ward. Wesley’s love were his kids and grandkids. He loved to play sports with them. He was a soccer coach and he refereed games right up to the end. He also coached many Jr. Jazz teams and took a lot of Championship games. He also loved the Utah Jazz, hunting, fishing and camping. Wesley is survived by his wife, Wanda, Children, Audrey, Justin (Cindy) and Derek, Mothers, Marge Boswell, Audrey Miller, Carolyn Payne, Grandchildren, Chisum Crump, Jake Stetson & Kasey Davis. Brothers, Ted (Shebby) Payne, Troy (Amy) Tipton, Clifford (Janet) Tipton, Don (Ericka) Trujillo, Mike (Cindy) Trujillo, Sisters, Anna Beckstrom, Francine (Robert) Long, Karla Carlson, Sandi (Brian) Crews, Laurie Jones, numerous nieces and nephews, aunts & uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandson Weston Lee Payne, Dads, Gilbert Payne, Max Boswell, Gene Tipton, brothers, Lydell Payne & Shawn Tipton. Wesley we love you and will miss you lots till we meet again. Funeral services will be held on Friday March 20th at 1:00PM at the 17th LDS Ward, 132 North 570 East. Friends may call at the Church from 11:00AM-12:30 PM prior to the service. Interment in the Tooele City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family. We would like to say thanks to the staff of Rocky Mountain Hospice and the Huntsman Cancer Center for all their love, support and wonderful care that they gave to us.
