Carmen S. Montoya

On June 22, 2009 our beloved Carmen Montoya left us to join our Heavenly Father. Carmen was born June 10, 1919 in Dixon, New Mexico where she met her late husband Carlos B. Montoya and later moved to Tooele. Together they had 9 children. Survived by Irene Rael, Martha McKinney, Iris Brito, Ruby Anaya and Lupe Alvey. Preceded in death by her husband Carlos B. Montoya and children, Gavino Montoya, Steve Montoya, daughter Theresa Meikel and an infant Carlos Montoya. Carmen was a member of St. Marguerite’s Parish. A kind loving person she was and will be deeply missed by family and friends. Services will be held as follows: Viewing and Rosary Thursday June 25th from 6-8 PM at St. Marguerite’s Church and Funeral at 10:00AM Friday June 26th at St. Marguerite’s with a visitation 1 hr prior. Interment in the Tooele City Cemetery.
