Donald Green

Donald Green was born on September 21, 1930 in Lake Point, Utah to Parley Green and Elizabeth May Green. He died October 26, 2009. He married Carolyn Lindley on June 5, 1964 in the Logan LDS temple. He worked at Morton Salt Co. most of his life. He held several positions in the LDS church, some of the favorites being a scout master and serving in the bishopric. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers LaVelle and Lavere, and his grandson Mark. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Green, His children Kathy (Jeff) Bruckman, Annette (Paul) Peterson, Colleen (Rob) McCulloch and Kent (Kim) Green. Brother Merl Green and sister Elsie Palmer. His greatest blessing was his 12 grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday October 30, 2009. We wish to give a special thanks to his nurses Marilyn and Bobbi and all of his great friends and neighbors. Interment will be at Grantsville City Cemetery.

Dear Carolyn and Family, Rhonda told me about Don’s passing. I am so sorry to hear that he has suffered so much. That darn cancer is so bad. I know what you are going through. It was five years ago today for Dave. Thank goodness for the gospel and the knowledge that we know we will be with them again. Know that I am thinking of you and praying for you.
