Zenda Claire Clawson Bullough “Nanna”
June 7, 1940 ~ Feb. 5, 2010
Claire returned home to our Heavenly Father after many valiant years of fighting the complications associated with diabetes. She was born June 7, 1940 to Charles L. And Zenda Clawson in Salt Lake City. She was sealed to her best friend and eternal companion Larry Bullough April 23, 1959 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a loving wife, mother grandmother and friend. She loved her family and taught them well the gospel of Jesus Christ. Her testimony and her love will influence her posterity for generations to come. She was caring and had a capacity to love everyone. Her kindness and her patience showed in her service, in her many church and civic activities. She had a love for music, art and reading that she shared with all her children. Those who would come to lift her up in her times of need seemed to always be the ones who benefited most from her sweet manner and her wise and loving counsel. She is survived by her husband of over 50 years Larry Bullough; her brother Les Clawson (Barbara); children Mike Bullough (Cheri); Brad Bullough (Kathy); Sue Burningham (Ted); Kirk Bullough (Lynda); Shannon Smith (Darrin); 22 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Heather, Barbara and Shanna for the wonderful care and compassion they showed in caring for Mom. We would also like to thank Donna who also showed great love and compassion in Mom’s time of need. Memorial services were held Wednesday, Feb. 10th.
