Louis G. Jacobson born in Coleville UT Oct. 26th, 1937 died peacefully on March 18, 2010 at his home surrounded by his loving family after a long hard battle with cancer. He never met a stranger and he loved making people laugh. Lou was always up for an adventure in the outdoors, snowmobiling, hunting, traveling with his wife or fishing in Alaska. He had a natural gift for welding and always said “I can weld anything but the crack of dawn, a broken heart and give me a little time and I can even help ease that.” He worked many years for United Precision, later opening Lou’s RV in Tooele. During his years in business Lou made many friends. He made sure everyone that entered his shop heard a funny joke or one of his many stories. Lou was a President of The Fratemal Order of the Eagles, and for two years President of the Tooele Travelers Good Sam’s Club. Services will be held at Tate Mortuary , 110 S. Main St., Tooele on Wednesday, March 24th at 11:00AM. A viewing will be held from 6- 8 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service.
