Kayson Shane Smith
“Mommy’s Boy and Daddy’s Buddy”
Up in a tree, atop the dugout, in the water, riding his bike or free ranging at the ballpark, this is where you would find our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, Kayson. From dead snakes in his back pack to fake mustaches at school, he had the pranks in his pocket ready to fool.
Kayson Shane Smith was born March 4, 2008 to Marcus Smith and Kylie Hartman in Tooele, Utah. He passed away unexpectedly doing something that he loved on July 4, 2018.
In Kayson’s short life he impacted everyone he met, from being the shoelace bandit in the football community to being the leader of the free range children at the softball fields to being the dugout monkey at the baseball fields and a friend to everyone in the diving community, he had a special way of making everyone laugh. He was currently a student at Middle Canyon Elementary School. He will be sorely missed.
