Wilford Peter Brandley passed away peacefully January 31, 2018 in Salt Lake City after a brief illness. He was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada in 1935, the youngest of seven children of Louis Orsen Brandley and Edda Anderson. Peter served his church for two years in the Australia South Mission. He attended school at BYU. He married Louise DuPaix in the Cardston Alberta Canada Temple on June 25, 1958 and they had 4 children. After Louise’s death Peter married Sandra Evans and they had 2 children. Later in life, Peter married Lynne Lindsay. They were married for 25 years. Peter was a realtor for over 40 years. Peter was such a kind and gentle man and a wonderful neighbor. He and Lynne often appeared at a neighbor's door with a treat on their birthday. He served on the Brookstone Condominium Board for two terms and always had the best interest of Brookstone at heart. He is survived by his wife Lynne; his brother David; his children Jessika Brandley, Mark Brandley (Kellie), Lisa Baker, Scott Brandley (Miki) and Jeanie Bain; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Peter is preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, wife Louise, and son Shaun.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 10th @ 12:00 noon at the Little Cottonwood 16th Ward, 6350 South Rodeo Lane, Murray, Utah. A viewing will be held from 10-11:45 prior to the services. Interment Murray City Cemetery.
