Arthella Lindsay Obituary (1933 - 2019)

Arthella Smith Lindsay, born August 6, 1933, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019, at her home. She was born in Delta, Utah to Nathalia Billings Smith and Mathew L. Smith. The family moved to Tooele when she was young and she lived in Tooele the rest of her life. Arthella married Joe Rivera and they had three daughters. After Joe passed away, she married Frank Lindsay and they had one son. She spent over 30 years with and retired from the phone company (Mountain Bell and US West). She enjoyed spending time in her beautiful yard. She was a member of the LDS Church. She is survived by daughters Karen & Shelli; son, Brian; brother, Jay Smith (Susan); 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband Frank; husband Joe; daughter Chris; sister Barbara Jean; and her parents. Graveside services will be held at the Tooele City Cemetery 361 South 100 East, on Friday, July 5th at 11:00am.
