Shawn Kunkel Obituary (1971 - 2017)

Shawn Phillip Kunkel 01/03/71-06/20/2017 After being diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension, he was told he couldnâ€™t survive another year. True to Shawn form, he exceeded those odds and courageously battled on for several more years. He was smart, funny, good looking, and loved by everyone. He made lifelong friends where ever he went. He loved helping people and was always willing to mix up your hot & cold water faucets. He had 3 beautiful children whom he loved dearly and thought the world of. Survived by his children, Tayden, Kenadee, Kade and their Mother, Amanda, his Mother, Barbara, Brother Parrish, Sister-in-Law, Lisa, Nephews, Joey & Sebastion, Niece Catie. Preceded in death by Sister, Shalon & Step Father, Larry. Big thanks also to Dr. Brown and the team at Intermountain Heart. A wake is to be held in his honor on a date to be determined later.
